I was working in Miami last week, and my first session there was very unusual for me, because it was a family of adults.

Jennifer, the oldest daughter contacted me a while back about photographing them. This foursome is very close-knit despite the kids being fully grown. Jennifer is very passionate about her parents and very protective of her little sister, and she reminded me in a way, of myself. I love that I was able to capture this phase of their lives.

I have so much respect and admiration for love that lasts a lifetime.

This past weekend I photographed my good friend’s parents who are celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary very soon. These images are pure beauty to me. They are so happy, and at peace, living a life surrounded by kids and grandkids who adore them. I wanted their session to reflect this stage in their lives.
